Elaine Disher

Elaine is a friendly, down to earth woman. She's not formal and doesn't demand respect -even though she is the captain of the SS Navi. She can be flirtatious, perhaps too much and is free willed. She's not racist in the least and is very open about her attraction towards people. Even though she's easy going and sometimes may seem easy, she's dangerous to piss off and is very protective of her crew and her ship and will do anything to keep them safe.

She's currently a mercenary and her brother -now deceased- was Jokers roommate in flight school/one of his bullies. She idolizes Joker for his success in being a pilot and taught herself to fly her own transport vessel called the SS Navi.
